Every review is decomposed into six restaurant-specific aspects: food, service, price, ambience, cleanliness, and wait time. Aspect scoring is what lets an operator know whether the room or the kitchen is the problem.
Methodology
Numbers on this page are pulled directly from Verdscore's production Postgres (Hetzner Frankfurt) every hour. Venue counts exclude anything marked closed. Rating averages weight each venue equally — not by review count — so a 5-review place counts the same as a 5,000-review place.
