Pricing
How does pricing work?
One flat per-venue rate plus an optional flat rate per competitor you want to benchmark against. No tiers, no annual lock-in. Volume discounts kick in automatically at 5 venues (10% off) and 10 venues (20% off). Everything bills in USD via Stripe. See the live calculator.
What does it cost exactly?
$9.99/mo per venue you own and $2.99/mo per competitor you track. Pick any combination — one venue with no competitors is $9.99/mo; a portfolio of three venues and three competitors is $38.94/mo before discount.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 3-day free trial of all features on your first venue, no card needed to start. Stripe Checkout opens at the end of the trial (or whenever you want to keep more than one venue active).
Can I add or drop venues whenever I want?
Yes. Step the slot count up or down anytime from Plan & billing — Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice. Same for competitors.
What if I drop below the number of venues I currently track?
The downgrade flow asks you to pick which venues to release first. Nothing is silently dropped — you keep everything you paid for until the current period ends.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Cancel from Plan & billing and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. No clawbacks.
What the product does
What does the AI actually tell me?
Every review is scored on sentiment plus six aspects — food, service, price, ambience, cleanliness, and wait time. A “what guests say” view ranks your top complaints and praises with the verbatim quotes behind each. On top sits a weekly AI narrative brief: what moved, what to fix, what to celebrate, and three prioritised actions.
How do alerts work?
Verdscore watches every new review as it lands. The moment the math says something real changed — a rating drop, a sentiment slip, a review-volume spike, or a coordinated burst — you get an email and an in-app notification. Urgent ones fire immediately; the rest are batched into a daily digest.
Can it help me reply to reviews?
Yes. AI reply drafts are written in the reviewer's own language and the tone you choose. You always read, edit, and approve before anything publishes — nothing goes out on its own.
Can I track more than one venue?
Yes. Buy as many slots as you need; the dashboard rolls them up into a single portfolio with side-by-side KPIs, alerts, and brand-level trends. You can add manager accounts and scope each manager to the venues they run.
Can I track competitors too?
Yes — add competitor venues at $2.99/mo each. You get their rating, sentiment, themes, and trend lines beside yours. Competitors don't count toward your own slots.
Can I export or share the data?
Yes — export reviews and their derived signals to CSV, or generate a branded portfolio PDF to send to partners and investors.
Data and coverage
Where do the reviews come from?
Public Google and TripAdvisor reviews — both sources for every claimed venue. We add sentiment and aspect scores on top of the original text; we don't rewrite or edit it.
What languages does it support?
Verdscore reads reviews in 30+ languages and drafts replies in the same language the reviewer used — Japanese in, Japanese out. Tone is your choice (warm, professional, apologetic, etc.) and you approve every draft before it goes live.
Is my venue covered?
If your venue has a public Google or TripAdvisor page, yes. Paste either URL into the search on the homepage; we'll analyse your last 50 reviews in under two minutes. If you run into trouble, drop us a line.
How often is the data refreshed?
Paid venues get a fresh pull every day. Trial venues get an initial 50-review backfill at signup plus one top-up on day two. New reviews land in your inbox within a few hours of being posted.
How far back can I see trends?
Historical trends cover the last 30 and 90 days for both rating and sentiment, with daily snapshots so you can see exactly when something moved.
Privacy and data handling
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't share account data with advertisers and we don't sell the review intelligence we generate. Full details in our privacy policy.
Where is my data stored?
Hetzner Cloud (Nuremberg, Germany) for the application and Postgres database. Nightly encrypted backups go to AWS S3 in
eu-central-1 with 30-day retention. No data leaves the EU.Account
I didn't get my verification email — what now?
Check spam first. If it's really not there, sign in on /login and we'll send a fresh verification link. Tokens are valid for 24 hours.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Send us a message and we'll remove your account row and cascade through sessions, tokens, and claims. Public review data about venues is not user-specific and stays in the catalog.
Can I add managers to my account?
Yes. Invite team members from your dashboard and scope each one to the specific venues they should manage. Owners keep billing and global settings; managers get full access to the venues they're assigned to.
