Terms of service.
Acceptance
These terms govern your use of Verdscore at verdscore.ai. Creating an account or using the service means you agree. If you're using Verdscore for a venue or company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
What Verdscore is
Verdscore aggregates public Google + TripAdvisor reviews for restaurants and hotels and turns them into AI insights, summaries, and suggested actions for the owner. It's a decision-support tool — it helps you read the story behind your reviews instead of scrolling through every one.
Accounts and eligibility
You need a working email to sign up — we'll verify it before your account is active. You must be at least 18 and using Verdscore for a real venue you own or manage. Keep your password secure (we store only a bcrypt hash). If your venue has a team, each member should have their own account, scoped by an owner.
You're responsible for activity under your account. If you think it's been compromised, change your password (signs out other devices) or contact us.
Pricing, billing, and cancellation
Pricing is per slot ($9.99/mo per venue) plus per competitor ($2.99/mo each), billed in USD via Stripe Checkout. Volume discount kicks in at 5 venues (10% off) and 10 venues (20% off). New accounts get a 3-day free trial of all features on the first venue, no card required to start.
You can step the slot or competitor count up or down anytime from Plan & billing — Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, you keep access until then, and you won't be billed for the next one.
Stripe handles your payment card directly. We never see or store the card number — only the subscription state Stripe sends back via webhook.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Verdscore app. Public review text is public; our derived analysis (sentiment, themes, briefs, drafts) is not.
- Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own product.
- Don't use the platform to harass reviewers, expose personal information about them, or target a competitor's staff.
- Don't use AI drafts to deceive — they're a starting point, not a way to fake reviews or impersonate guests.
- Don't attempt to defeat rate limits, break authentication, or probe for vulnerabilities without coordinating with us first.
AI-generated insights
Insights, summaries, and reply drafts are generated by AI and provided “as is.” They are not professional, legal, or business advice. AI can be wrong or incomplete — review every output before you act on it, especially before posting a reply to a customer. You are responsible for anything you publish based on what you see here.
Where the data comes from
Venue data + reviews originate from public Google Maps and TripAdvisor pages, fetched via our review data provider. That source data may contain inaccuracies, may lag behind reality, or may change without notice. We don't control it and don't guarantee it's complete or current.
Intellectual property
Verdscore — the software, design, and the analysis + outputs we generate — belongs to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own venues while your account is active. Your account data and venue claims remain yours.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Verdscore is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time — see the privacy policy for what gets removed. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable-use rules above. If we end your account for a reason that isn't a breach, we'll refund any unused portion of a paid plan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When a change is meaningful, we'll bump the date at the top and notify signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use Verdscore after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes that can't be resolved amicably are submitted to the courts of Baku.
